Infertility in women can be treated after diagnosing the causes. Common tests include:

Ovarian Reserve Tests: Check AMH, FSH, and E2 levels.

AMH Test: Indicates ovarian follicle count and egg quality.

FSH Test: Assesses ovarian reserves; high levels show poor reserves.

Estradiol Test: Measures egg health; high levels signal egg issues.
